I was very impressed with the service person and how professional and efficient he was, especially since he came out at 9:30 at night.
I was not very happy when I discovered he charged $300 for an igniter when I found very similar igniters on the web for $30-40! This is a huge over charge. I will have to think hard about calling Wa Natural Gas again!
