I called Washington Natural Gas Heating & Air Conditioning because my heat wasn't working. They told me what was wrong and did a good job diagnosing the problem. The blower needs to be replaced at a cost of seven hundred dollars. Unfortunately, I can't afford that and Washington Natural Gas didn't offer a payment plan. I'm seventy-four years old with a heart condition, living with my disabled daughter and my teenage granddaughter. We have put space heaters in the three bedrooms, and are each living in those rooms with three layers of sweaters. I have no way to provide heat to my family. When somebody is in financial straits, there should be a program to help. I wish Washington Natural Gas Heating & Air Conditioning had such a program.
