I was fortunate to get same-day service with Washington Natural Gas Heating & Air Conditioning. The HVAC technician that came out was professional and knowledgeable. They were the same company that initially installed this system, so I was happy that they knew all about it. The control board had burned out. They got a replacement the next day and were able to get the new part installed. Everything is working great now. I would use them again.
