I was very disappointed with the work done by Washington Natural Gas Heating & Air Conditioning. The crew left the place a mess. There is mud all over the floor of my garage. I'll have to pay someone else to come clean it up. They also installed the wrong air conditioning unit, not the one we ordered. Mike tried to turn around the experience for me by coming out and making a few adjustments, fixing up the electrical box from the mess it was left in, and ordering me a cover for the unit. I have nothing against Mike, he was here for several hours and tried hard. But I am disappointed with John, the salesperson, and the entire installation crew except for Roger. John must not be playing with a full deck because he should have been on top of things and made sure the customer got what the customer ordered. I got the receipt in the mail, which I appreciate. But I don't have a copy of the four-year maintenance contract we paid for. I still need that sent to me. I can't even test out the unit until warmer weather. I still don't have the promised phone number for the electrician they said I should call if I have any problems. Overall, I am really disappointed with my experience with Washington Natural Gas Heating & Air Conditioning. I'm in my seventies and my husband is in his eighties, and we have to watch our expenses closely. This was a big investment for us. I hope the substitute unit works as well as promised. It's not what I wanted.
