The folks from Copper Cottage arrive when they say they're going to and always let me know what they did, which is really helpful. I don't have to beg them to figure out what work was done. We have kind of funky system at our house so I appreciate their diligence in working on it with me. We've been working with them for the last few years on both our plumbing and heating. Their prices are no worse than anyone else and a couple of times we've gotten discount pricing on replacement parts. They're very customer oriented as far being aware of those things. All their staff has been very good, very responsible and communicative.
