I was fortunate enough to have been referred over to Carstar here in Florida. I was involved in a really bad accident where my car was hit from the back, which then pushed me into the car in front of me. Although I was able to drive it home the AC gave out and the rare bumper was hanging off. The guy who hit me had the worst insurance Ocean Harbor which made the process of getting my car fixed a long process. I finally went through my insurance company was dropped my car of with Kyle and James. From the moment I dropped my car off to the moment I picked it up they had the best customer service, checked in with me, and assured me that my car would be like new. The kept their word. When I picked up my car it looked like I just bought a brand new car. I loved it. the best part about my experience with Kyle and James was when I noticed an oil light and engine light, which wasn't on when I dropped it off a month a ago. They referred me to Calvin across the street (Goodcare auto service-he is awesome as well) and Calvin helped me a recommendation as to what the problem may be. James and Kyle worked hard to get the insurance company to cover the cost, but because it wasn't due to the accident, I had to pay. but Calvin gave me a great price and my car was ready to pick up in half a day. Overall I recommend both places, I now have a mechanic that I can trust, and if I'm ever in another fender bender (God forbid) I know Kyle and James will take good care of me.
