Heat Relief Heating & Cooling is very customer-oriented. We had a unit installed by them a few summers ago when our air conditioner went out during the middle of the season. They took care of everything we needed, and it's why we've kept using them. Recently a gentleman of theirs came out to make sure we had everything we needed. He was prompt and considerate of what was going on. He gave us helpful tips and options for us. It's a really good company and we will definitely continue to use them.
