I had to have an old gas fireplace removed and so I called Heat Relief Heating & Cooling to do the job. They sent out a technician who unfortunately was not briefed on what he needed to do. He thought that he was capping off a gas line and acted very surprised. He was extremely nice about it when I informed him as to what we needed to be done. He graciously took care of it and removed the fireplace and everything turned out fine after all. The quality of workmanship was wonderful and he was a nice enough guy. I would recommend them and would consider using them again perhaps. The only thing is that I wish they communicated a little better with their employees.
