John came over, looked at the job, quoted the job. Then got to work and finished it in an acceptable amount of time. There was a small issue and John returned the next day and fixed it. The women at the office were responsive and a pleasure to speak with. Best of all, I never had the impression this people needed coloring books and crayons to do their job. I'm only calling one place for my next job, Heat relief.
