Michael Smith was the technician that serviced our furnace. I would HIGHLY recommend this young man. He was thorough and he walked through what he did and found. This has NEVER happened in the past. He was very polite. A MUCH better experience from the last time we attempted to get the furnace serviced, which did not happen because the technician would not go into the attic where our furnace resides. Heat Relief...Michael is the best!!!
