Paradigm Plumbing Services LLC. has always done a great job for us! This was not our first time using their services. We have used them for several years now. I continue to use their services because their staff is friendly & accommodating and their pricing is with the norms for this area. Most recently they came out to service my air conditioner. Everything is working well. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. He was respectful of my home and very courteous. He was able to assess the problem quickly and efficiently. He then took the time to explain his findings from the assessment to me as well as what he could do to fix it. He also took the time to answer any of the questions I had for him.
