We were in the middle of having our oven installed and I needed to call in Paradigm Plumbing Services LLC. The technician was very helpful and explained everything to us as he went along. The tech discovered that there was a gas line issue so he worked on that. While he was behind the stove he found some other little stuff that he fixed for us also. He did an excellent job and was highly professional. This was our first time calling Paradigm Plumbing Services LLC and they made it very convenient for us. The technician came out, did exactly what he was supposed to do, we paid him and that was that--simple! We have already recommended the company to others we know. I am certain that we would use them again should we need to as it was a very good experience using them for the very first time.
