When it comes to plumbers, Paradigm Plumbing Services LLC is always the first and foremost in my mind. Jason is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is responsible, a good communicator and very friendly. Right before leaving for a weeklong trip, I discovered a leak in my basement which manifested itself with moisture seeping through the carpeting in the downstairs bedroom closet. The room is rarely used, so I was glad to discover it before leaving. I immediately called Paradigm Plumbing Services LLC. Jason was there within two hours. Without any hesitation, I left him a key to the house so he could come and go during my absence. Jason installed our boiler several years ago, so I knew I could trust him. I told him to do whatever needed to be done (short of demolishing the whole house). I had no doubt whatsoever that he could handle the job. Since my out of town schedule was busy, I wasn't available for regular updates. When I returned from my trip, the leak was fixed. Jason had carefully analyzed precisely where the pipe was leaking and cut the smallest possible hole in the drywall to replace the offending pipe. All I saw was one small shiny piece of new pipe, and one small square cut into the drywall. Jason had thoroughly cleaned up any mess and removed all debris from the area. I got a very nice follow-up email from his wife, Indira, who sent along the bill, already pre-approved and charged to my credit card.
