Paradigm was extremely accommodating, as I'm a out of state landlord. They were very easy to coordinate with long distance, and highly responsive. Prices were reasonable and well worth the quality service I received! Both the office staff and actual plumber sent out to the job were extremely knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs! :)
