We have been using Paradigm Plumbing Services for three to four years and they are invariably excellent. They provide great service and their technician is very knowledgeable. The last time he came out he went out of his way to offer many options to take care of the problems that we were having with the plumbing and guided us toward what was right for us. The technicians are great and Indira is always so sweet she makes sure to get someone out to us as soon as possible whenever we call. If the technician cannot make it for some reason, she is right on top of it, making sure to call to keep us informed about what is going on and rescheduling. I have nothing but praise for them.
