I was quite pleased with the work that Paradigm Plumbing Services did for me. Their service person who came out to do the work was able to tell me what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. He was prompt and professional in doing the work and even went a step father and took care of an additional issue without extra charge, which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable. This was my first time using this company but I would definitely call them again if I ever needed to. Overall, I was satisfied with how everything worked out.
