Not a good experience for me!
Not a good experience for me! Despite all these great reviews I unfortunately did not have a great experience. I’m 100% sure this is due to a complete misunderstanding or dare I say mistake that could’ve been made by the company (Which I was laughed at been told that that wasn’t possible It had to be my own error) I spoke to a representative who was very kind but apparently through whatever it may be a misunderstanding or a entry error or misinformation Given on their part ( which I was told was also rather unlikely as they do not apparently made errors because they’re so good at their jobs ) And there is no recording of conversations On their service line so I was told that it doesn’t matter either way because there’s no proof that I said what I said and there’s no proof that the representative said what they said. Really? That’s all you’re going to tell me laugh at me call me a liar and that tell me that your representatives are so good at their job that you find it hard to believe that a mistake could’ve been made and that it doesn’t matter anyway because there’s no proof that the conversation even took place and that. Yes I should have read my policy all the way through but have been called in extensively talked with the person about it I never really did that my fault nothing they can do about it OK… But don’t call me a liar and laugh at me and insinuate that the representative is good and could not have made a mistake and tell me “oh So you did everything you were supposed to and we are the ones that didn’t right?” Who says that? I was very upset only after I was left out and called a liar and told it’s a errelevant anyway I’m not going to try to help you because That would Would cost our company money and you weren’t charged enough in the first place. I did do this transaction online which I regret! the whole reason I called to talk to somebody in the first place was so I knew I was getting exactly what I wanted and doing what I had to do to get it I prefer to speak to people rather than do things on the computer I was instructed by the company to then go Back online and proceed with their instruction. Now almost a year later I have a claim and I find I’m not covered at all. The car was a lease which I also told the person I spoke to which is why I needed full coverage insurance I would never ever buy liability for a car that I haven’t paid for yet. Again I was left out And told well maybe you didn’t have the money. What? I am flabbergasted!!
