It was our first time using Hughes Air Heating and Cooling and overall they did a good job. We have a older home and we were having some problems with the A/C. The people living in the home before us were also having problems with the unit so they replaced the A/C unit under warranty but they put the same one in and the problem ended up being that the unit was too small for the home! So when they finally realized that was the problem they got a whole new A/C unit that was appropriate for our home and used credit from the previous visits since it was their mistake not noticing that their needed to be a new unit. After the new unit was installed everything was working great and I was very satisfied. Although we had some issues the owner made sure to keep in contact with me the whole time and had a great response rate. Overall very good experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.
