We bought a hot water heater from PlumbPros Plumbing many years ago. It was such a good experience, that when we thought that it was leaking so, we called them out to repair or replace it for us. Come to find out, the leak was elsewhere. They helped us get a remediation team onto the work of cleaning up the leak. We had fans in the house for weeks to help dry things out. They were very timely and responsive people, and they orchestrated the whole clean-up process, and the replacing of the leaking pipes. We also had them go ahead and install a new water heater for us too, since the old one was out of warranty. I do not know how we would have made it through this whole process without their help. We had confidence in the people they brought in, and they all did a great job for us. They had a great disposition, a great work attitude, and they were eager to resolve the multiple issues that we faced. I do not think that any other company would have gone as far as they did in helping us to rectify the problem. It was not like they just came in and found the problem and then left. They stayed with us the whole time, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. PlumbPros Plumbing was there for us!
