I didn't have first-hand knowledge of the service provided by PlumbPros Plumbing because I was working while they were here and just said hello and goodbye. But they fixed the problem. Unfortunately, their warranty doesn't extend to the broken part. They said I could ask for a refund of the six hundred bill from the manufacturer, but I need PlumbPros' invoice to send it in, and I haven't gotten it yet, despite several requests. Please send a copy of the invoice to me. It's already been paid. The service was good.
