The hot water knob on our shower stripped out, and we could not turn on the hot water. So, we called PlumbPros Plumbing. We had used them a couple of years ago, and they did a good job for us. They sent a plumber out the next day. He called ahead to let us know when he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He assessed the problem, and gave us an estimate. It was a reasonable price, so we agreed to the work. He fixed it for us, and we had hot water again in the shower. He cleaned up after his work, and everything worked out very well.
