The plumber from PlumbPros Plumbing called about ten minutes before showing up. It was a good thing that he did because when the unmarked van pulled in front of the house and a guy in an unmarked, plain black t-shirt got out, we wouldn't have known who he was. We have a newborn and probably wouldn't have even answered the door had he not called ahead. It was a little weird. When he came in, he did fine technically, and seemed to know what he was doing, but didn't really offer an explanation of why he did what he did, how he did it or anything. He just said that we needed a replacement. So we made the decision to go forward because we needed it. Their work has been fine, not bad, not great either. But they suffer from lack of communication. There was no explanation about what was going on.
