We had a plumbing emergency. We had to leave to go to our granddaughter's graduation out of town, and our drains backed up. We were literally just heading out the door on our trip. We called PlumbPros Plumbing, and the lady in the office was very kind and understanding. She was easy to talk to, and she made it a point to get someone right out to take care of our problem for us. They had to end up pulling up the toilet, and inserting a camera down through the drain. Apparently, there was a major grease back up. But, they solved the immediate problem for us, and then they came back out when we returned, and finished the work. They were very professional people, and they took the time to explain things to us. We were very impressed with them, and we highly recommend PlumbPros Plumbing to everyone! They responded quickly, and they really go out of their way for their customers!
