PlumbPros Plumbing charged me quite a bit of money and did not provide me with a certified plumber to do the work. That plumber is no longer with them, but PlumbPros Plumbing didn't come back with a certified plumber to make sure the work was done correctly. Instead, they sent someone else out who might still be in training. He was not a master plumber. When they charge the kind of money they charged me, I would think that the plumbers should be qualified or certified.
