I had a leak that was coming from the kitchen and going into the bedroom downstairs. I called PlumbPros Plumbing to schedule someone out. The man that answered the phone which I assumed was the supervisor let me know right away that they do not like to come out to Lake Arrowhead it's much too far. I had an advertisement that I had kept that stated I was in their coverage area. They scheduled a plumber out. The plumber that arrived looked at the issue and decided it was the dishwasher. He was a nice guy but did not solve the problem. The leak still continued. The second plumber who arrived, upon opening the door for him and before I could even introduce myself, says, "I don't know why I even came up here!" "The roads are dangerous!" He let me know he was here to correct the problem! He did find what he thought to be the problem which was the hot water dispenser and he shut that off. I couldn't wait to get him out of my house fast enough and that was the extent of the work he did. He offered very little explanation and zero follow-ups as to a repair. He immediately put me on the defensive upon answering the door. This still did not fix the leak. The third plumber that came removed the dishwasher and cut it off. He was a nice fellow but the leak was still happening and everything had been shut off. I am now going through a different plumbing company. There is a lot of reconstruction work with the removal of the island and numerous other things. I do not recommend this company, and I will never call them again.
