This was the first time I used PlumbPros Plumbing and it was for a unique problem. Right up front, they were very responsive and the plumber was extremely punctual. But upon his arrival, the plumber looked at the problem and dismissed it as not being a problem. I had to convince him a contractor had been the one who told me there was a problem. There was a blockage in the gas line. It was only three feet apart, but gas wasn't going through. The plumber from PlumbPros Plumbing told me that in twenty years of experience, he had never seen anything like it but with my coaching, he eventually conceded that there was a problem. All this time we were talking, I wasn't aware that the clock was running on his fee. After I helped him listen to the bubbling, he flushed water through the pipe which took less than fifteen minutes. Despite that, I was charged two hundred fifty dollars for a minimum hour of work. Literally, if I had the tools, I would have done it myself. I would warn anyone considering PlumbPros Plumbing to get a quote upfront before deciding to use them. The cost should have been clearly explained to me before I decided to go ahead with PlumbPros Plumbing.
