Also, there wasn't any sales pressure, just an honest evaluation. The plumber didn't force me to spend my money with them. He gave me an estimate and after I had time to think about it, I called to hire them for the job. Again, they were very timely. They were here the very next day to install the faucet. Overall, PlumbPros Plumbing was responsive, communicative, and professional. The only reason I might not use them again is I found them a little pricey. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
