Out of all the plumbers that I called when my hot water tank stopped working, PlumbPros Plumbing was the only one that helped me immediately! While on the phone with them they were able to guide me in shutting off my water so that I could stop the flooding! For this reason, I chose them to come out and fix my hot water heater.

PlumbPros Plumbing was able to get their plumbers out to me the very next day. As it turns out the pressure regulator and the temperature gauge went out. They explained to me that the temperature gauge was probably the reason that the pressure regulator failed. They spent about two hours replacing those parts and they were terrific about keeping me informed and educated on exactly what they were doing. I really couldn't have asked for a nicer, friendlier or courteous person in my home. They were very respectful of my home and left no mess behind when they were finished. The hot water heater is running great!

My only issue is that I think the price was too high, which is the only downfall. I probably could have gotten this work completed by another company but their immediate response and they're helping me when I needed to shut my water off makes the price worth it for me. I would use them again if I needed them and I would refer them if asked
