Three years ago when I started using PlumbPros Plumbing I would have given them five stars. They were responsive, they knew what they were doing, and they got the job done promptly. This last time we called them, they really dropped the ball. I had a tenant that was without plumbing for several days over the Thanksgiving weekend all because PlumbPros wanted payment upfront for the job. They had false expectations that this was going to happen and I had to escalate the situation to management before anything got accomplished. PlumbPros Plumbing needs to work on their communication between the contractor, management, and the tenant before the next time I use them.
