I called PlumbPros Plumbing for the simple job of replacing three flush valves for the toilets. Two of them were fine and only one absolutely needed to be replaced. I went ahead and had the plumber who came out just replace all three and figured I wouldn't have to deal with the other two at a later time. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked the receptionist how much it would be to have them replaced. She replied that she did not know she would have to have the plumber look at them. I did not need them looked at I knew what needed to be done which was just to replace the flushing mechanism. I also knew that this could be done in one and a half hours tops! The total time it did take him to replace them was an hour. I do not have a problem with the service because the toilets work perfectly. What I do have a problem with is being charged $675 for this! This was not a major issue! I can tell PlumbPros Plumbing based on this outrageous charge I will never call them again, for any reason! I paid the bill, I did not complain to the plumber who did the work. The price of this was an issue for me! I learned something for myself and it was absolutely my fault for not getting a price upfront!
