Had Richard come out to assess our tankless hot water heater. Warranty folks said it needed maintenance which is hundreds of dollars and was ineligible for coverage. He assessed and said it did not need maintenance and did not charge us! He could have..and I wouldn't have been the wiser. We have 3 homes and will use PlumbPros every time!
