I had a terrible experience with PlumbPros Plumbing. The company quoted me a price over the phone on Friday, and then one of their technicians came out to the job on Saturday. When he came, he told me about all of the issues that I was having and about everything that was wrong. But the issues that he pointed out was the work that this same company did for me in 2016. The service manager ended up telling me that there was no warranty and that he wasn't able to help me. I ended up having to pay a lot of money for two jobs that this company did, and not much to show for it. I was very disappointed with the customer service and I would never recommend the service from this company to other people.
