This was our first time using PlumbPros Plumbing. The technician installed washers in three faucets to stop some drips. He was knowledgeable, and he did a good job, but we felt that he did too much up-selling.

This job was done at our Stone Mountain house, and we are renovating it, so we did not want to do a lot of repairs before the renovation.

We asked for a price quote when we called, but customer service said the technician would give us the quote when he got out there. We felt the quote he gave us was too high for installing washers in three faucets, but we were able to get the price down a little bit.

I would probably recommend them to others but I would warn them not to let them try to do so much up-selling.
