I had called Allred to come and check out why my wall heaters were so noisy downstairs and not working ay all in my bedroom. Rafael came out and checked them out. He explained that the upstairs unit just needed a new thermostat and the two main floor units needed to be replaced.
I appreciate that explained my options and provided me with a proposal.
