So far, the unit is working well.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive service to my heating unit so quickly after placing a service call. The technician was very knowledgeable of my heat pump and it seems to be working well now. I need to have some more work done to it, but I am not ready to spend the money to complete the work right now. The technician provided an estimate for the work and I will act on this as soon as it is right for me.
