I was nervous to do business with Allred at first. I chose them because I had heard Matt and Dave were serious about ensuring customer satisfaction. You see, I needed a lot of work done with my older hearing and cooling system. I was geared up to argue pricing, deal with inexperienced techs and installers, and schedulers that set appointments but never follow-up. I cannot even describe how opposite my experience was. I got a great deal on the price of a hearing AND cooling system. The installation and testing got taken care of in one day. The techs were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. A few days later, when there was a minor hiccup, Allred came right out, diagnosed the issue, then made the drive to the supply warehouse to get the part required. The issue was taken care of within the same day, no questions asked. No paperwork or back and forth with the main office. The office personnel followed up with me several times. Then when it was time for the annual inspection, Allred presented multiple options and prices. They worked with me to find a schedule that worked for me. The tech was on time. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions AND explained all components of the tune-up job. He even offered suggestions to save me money when operating the system. The Allred team is top notch. If you are debating on whether or not you should give them a try, stop thinking about it and do it! You will not be sorry.
