Little disappointed
I felt like I was a little misled with the service. I thought when you come out to service a unit that would be the entire unit. Not the furnace or the heat pump has two separate units. So that was very misleading to me. I’m kind of discouraged because I really believed that you guys were above board and very straightforward and honest and it feels like that’s not necessarily the truth anymore.
