I get that I received a special.
The guy made it a point to let me know since it was a special he couldn't spend more than an hour on it and that his time started ticking as soon as he started working on it. Let me tell you that I was prepared to have additional cleaning or maintenance done if necessary but I felt that he was in a hurry. He didnt replace the filter although I had done it a month ago it would have been nice to have a fresh filter installed while he was in there.
