This is my 2nd time using Allred for my needs. They always have great customer service when calling in and they were able to schedule me right away. The technician came out and resolve my outlet issue and it’s all working fine now. The technician did quoted me for a bigger job but that something that was not needed and he was able to confirm with his manager that I did not need that service. He was able to fix my outlet asap once he had a better understanding of the job needed to be done. Always a good experience with Allred and I’ll be a returning customer!
