AllRed discovered quickly why my home heat system was not working. Apparently a home heater/ac inspection this summer by another company had neglected to turn back on the gas to furnace leaving only the outdoor heat pump to generate heat. When outside temp drops too low as fall shifts to winter, the heat pump no longer operates and calls for the gas heater to take over. With gas turned off we were freezing inside the house and had no idea why. We needed this fixed asap for Thanksgiving Weekend. AllRed figured out the issue rapidly and saved our family gathering plans! Thanks Matthew, our AllRed super hero!
