Overall a good experience
The technician was extremely helpful and completed the job, as best he could under the circumstances. We are interested in getting a quote for other work and he had scheduled an appointment for us, with a sales rep to arrive later that evening, but the rep failed to arrive. A call or some other notification would have been nice to let us know that they weren't coming.
