Professional and complete.
We had Allred replace our defunct A/C component. They installed a new 5 ton unit, both inside cooling unit and outside condenser. The installers were friendly, polite and professional. The installation was well done and they completely cleaned up. Only downside was the long delay before the unit could be acquired and installed - not necessarily their fault, but detracts from the experience.
