Zac the technician was very courteous. We had issues with our fireplace with flame going out after awhile. He diagnosed it with faulty gas valve. He did clean and vacuum the fireplace. Also had an issue with the generator not coming on. Which turned out to be a dead battery issue. For the services I was charged a little over $500. Wincing I thought was too high. Considering her was only here for under an hour. To repair the fireplace gas valve and perform a maintenance on the generator works cost us an additional $800 plus change. I will be shopping around for another HVAC company and will definitely not recommend them if you are budget conscious.
