Prompt service and excellent technician. This is his second time here as I wanted someone to show me how to deal with a furnace months ago. We both agreed that I finally need to replace the 1984 model currently in my home. The sales rep was great and did not encourage me to purchase a unit with features I did not need. Since the air conditioner did not work when I purchased the home, we will be adding a unit for heating and cooling. The installation is yet to be done, but I expect excellent results.
