Great initial appointment. Didn't technically finish.
So the initial service appointment went great. The install, same - except there was an issue with our electrical so a tech cam out the next day. So the installers left, but they couldn't turn on. Then the next day electrician came out but then no one gave us a tutorial on how to work them, remotes are left still in bubble wrap. Holders are not on the wall. If you're going to charge me 100 percent then finish 100 percent. Not sure if I'd recommend.
