The technician's original work order indicated he was coming to service a gas furnace, rather than our heat pump driven electric system. This was the first time visit so the confusion is understandable. He said he would need to reschedule the servicing of the outdoor unit, but would be able to service the indoor unit.

He completed a clean of our system and did a good job of updating me on the state of what he found.
He then did an excellent job of explaining to me how the air scrubber worked, installed an air scrubber, then told me what to observe and expect during its operation.

During his time here I pointed out two other future projects I wanted to get bids on. He said he would have someone call me to schedule the outside unit service as well the two additional projects.
