I called All-Red service because they had originally put the water heater in. During technician visit, I found that primary experience is not with water heater and he did not have all the tools to check incoming water pressure. When I called the customer support team and explained the situation, they said they will follow up internally and ensure that it is fully taken care of. And they did take care of it. All-Red takes customer input seriously and follows up. I appreciated that.
