My day started with a burning smell coming through my vents. Fantastic. So, I called up Allred heating and spoke with Amy, who was incredibly patient and easy to talk to. I ended up deciding against a technician coming to the house, there was no pressure it was fine.

I called back around 2:30 with a change of heart. She managed to contact Bill, who was all the way in graham (I'm in bonney lake), and he came right out!

Bill was right on time, he was friendly, honest and efficient. He had no problem answering my million questions, and never once did I feel like he was pushing for a sale or anything like that.

My furnace was fixed, my kids and I had a warm house and all was well!

I will be recommending Allred heating to everyone I know. The experience was absolutely amazing.
