Allred was able to fit me in same day. My gas furnace stopped pumping heat in December. I needed to be fixed quickly seeing as I have two toddlers that need to stay warm. They sent Bill out who arrived within the time frame stated, showed my wife (I was at work) what the problem was, how to avoid it in the future, how often to clean the filters, and made sure we got the right part.
