Bill came to our home to do a maintenance check on our electric furnace and heat pump in our new home. He was great at explaining the system and pointing out the maintenance things of which we should be mindful. He has a great sense of humor and is a very affable young man. I have already called my son to recommend a furnace check up with Allred, and with Bill in particular.
